Our management and staff gathered at the CBH Towers on 25th February, 2025 for a staff durbar filled with enthusiasm and unity. It was a perfect blend of camaraderie, constructive discussions, and shared solutions to drive our collective progress.
We were honoured to have Mr. Cephas Amada, the Director for Salary Administration at the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FSWC), join us. His insightful session on NaCCA’s Scheme of Service and Employee Migration highlighted our commitment to transparent and meticulous processes, prioritising our staff’s interests.
A significant highlight was the institutionalisation of our welfare scheme. The staff adopted a constitution and elected new executives to steer the scheme for the next three years, ensuring our welfare remains a top priority.
Our Director-General, Prof. Yayra Dzakadzie, expressed his gratitude for the continuous support of both management and staff. He urged us to embrace hard work and unity, reinforcing our commitment to making NaCCA a leading institution in Ghana’s education sector.
