Mr. J.R. Achoanya Ayam is a highly accomplished financial administrator, systems accountant, and institutional development expert with over 25 years of strategic leadership experience. His professional journey has been marked by excellence in financial management, project execution, and organizational transformation across both public and private sectors.

 

He has served in senior roles in academia and banking and has consulted for international development partners and national institutions. A certified management professional and passionate educator. Mr. Ayam also lectures in Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Governance, with research interests in FinTech, Risk, Public Sector Management, and Accounting Information Systems.
